Adoptions

Our rescue group cannot adopt outside the State of Colorado.  

ESRR's adoption donation:  up to 1 year old  - $275; up to 5 years old - $225; and 5 years old plus - $175.

At intake, ESRR is responsible for each Springer's general health exam, spaying/neutering, and regulatory shots including Rabies and Bordetella. Any further veterinary services determined by ESRR's official veterinarian to be necessary beyond a general health exam for the well-being and overall health of the dog will be at the expense of ESRR prior to adoption.

To be placed on our "active" list, please fill out our online "Adoption Survey" from the menu on the left to initiate the process.  This way, as we intake adoptable Springers, we will send you notification via email with a picture.  We do not share your email address with anyone.

ESRR subscribes to the placement guidelines established by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®) and their Meet Your Match™ Canine-ality Adoption Program.

Buddy

Hi! My name is Buddy and I'm a sweet 2 1/2 year old boy. I'm on the small side, weighing only 32.8 lbs. Are you looking for an emotionally secure, mutually satisfying, low maintenance relationship? I am all you need. Let me sit at your feet, walk by your side, and I'll be your very devoted companion forever. Although I get along with other dogs, I'm really looking for a relationship with someone I can call my own. I'm very gentle with children too.

Buddy is a great house dog - he can be trusted when left full run of the house and doesn't seem interested in getting into things. He's good in a vehicle, crate trained, and seems to know sit, down and come. Buddy is not a jumper or a barker, and has an all around very pleasant little character. (Please note we are not able to adopt outside the State of Colorado).

Hi! My name is Tag and my birthday is March 4th, 2005. I've got lots of energy, love balls, toys, and need lots of attention from you. I have been trained with the usual basic commands and just need practice. I like playing with older kids who can understand my energy level. I'm good with other dogs, calm with strangers, well-behaved riding in a car, and great in the house with you.

I'm looking for my forever home where I can have the attention I need and continue learning and practicing the training I have had. Do you have time for me?
